COMMISSIONS
Terms of ServiceBy commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.➽General Terms✧ Please provide / write a clear and nice reference.
✧ Any behaviour that is inappropriate will not be tolerated and I will cancel the commission if it occurs.
✧ Follow the rules of my Terms of Service, if not then I have every right to cancel the commission.➽Payment✧ Please note that my email for commissioning request and payment are different.
✧ All commissions will be paid 50/50. When I start the commission, 50% of the price should be paid until I finish the piece.
✧ The currency I accept is USD.
✧ You can either send it directly to Paypal. Tips are welcome and appreciated!➽ Process✧ Works in Progress will be sent to commissioner if asked.
✧ Especially when I have questions concerning the piece.
✧ The time for commission can be completed within 3 months max depending on many factors such as;
Health, order of commission, complexity, Work, school or family issues.
✧ If this happens, the commissioner will be notified as soon as possible.➽ Image Information✧ I mostly work on 1000+ by 1000+ canvases with 600 dpi. Please do specify if you want a specific size for your commission.
✧ The images will be on .png format unless the commissioner desires .jpeg.
✧ The artwork will contain my watermark on it.
➽ Customer Satisfaction✧ To the best of my ability, I will ensure to make my customer happy / satisfied with my work.
✧ However if the piece is finished, I will only allow small changes such as coloring mistakes.
✧ Any great changes will be charged depending on what you wanted to be changed.
➽ Copyright✧ The piece that is to be commissioned should be strictly for personal use.
✧ You may upload them with proper credit to me.
✧ In case for commercial use, you may contact me for details.
✧ If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered as Copyright Infringement.◈ Reproducing / using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Making money of it in any way)
◈ Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork
◈ Removing any watermarks / signatures

➽ Cancelling and Refund✧ I have the right to cancel and refund your commission anytime.
✧ Refunds will also be allowed when I am unable to finish the commission or when you have been waiting for 3 months.
✧ You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.
✧ If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
✧ I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
